Kelly's Story
On the 17th Day of October, in the year 1967, God revealed yet another glorious gem; a creation only he could form allowing the universe to behold his splendor known as: Kelly Daranda Davis; affectionately known as
"K. Dilla and "Kels."

K. Dilla loved fashion and she was known to wear a mean hat. She had a flare for color coordination for make-up. She had an obsession for boss handbags dawning a unique bag for every outfit and occasion. of which she only had $6.00 to place inside; but she looked good! Her greatest passion was for the culinary arts. K Dilla could get down in the kitchen and she loved had a passion for feeding people or using them as experimental Guinea Pigs for her latest concoction.
The most genuine trait about Kelly was her blatant truth. If she liked you, she liked you; if she didn't like you she didn't mince words with you and it was clear where she stood regarding you.
As Kelly began to ponder the secrets of life she sat in total disbelief, how quickly time had passed. She engaged in a long talk with the Lord, sharing with him her struggles and disappointments. Together they marveled at her triumphs and outpouring of love and loyalty. Kelly made her point clear by emphasizing to him, Lord, "My Thing Is This," in her oh so familiar preamble.
"They shared a warm smile as they took the
retrospective journey through her life. Kelly confided how weary she had grown asking the Lord for eternal rest and peace which he granted her on April 24, 2025.
The Father lovingly nestled her in his bosom and whispered in her ear "Kelly, my dear child I will never leave nor forsake you for I love you and now, I will take you home with me.
