Hiram’s Life

Hiram Longino Moss was born on May 22,1969, in Chicago, Illinois to William Moss and Ida Norris-Moss. He attended Joan Arai Middle School on the Northside of Chicago. He then went on to attend Senn High-School.

He is proceeded in death by his grandmother Princella Norris, his grandfather Joseph Norris, his aunts Edna Johnson, Dorothy Jean Morgan, Gloria Jane Johnson, his uncle Joseph Norris Jr, and sister Bridgette Weddington.

Hiram was a loving, funny, and pure hearted person. He made sure everyone around him was always smiling and having a good time. His generosity made him the great man that everyone knows and loves. He was a hard-working man with several trades, that includes respiratory therapist, protective services, transportation, pest control management, correctional officer, and coach.

In his past time, Hiram was an avid sports fan that enjoyedfishing, cooking on a grill, and attending his family’s basketball games. He also enjoyed spending time with his Masonicbrothers at the Aljay Williams Lodge #764. Hiram loved those with a genuine spirit and kind heart.

Those who live to cherish his memories are his mother, Ida Moss; his son Hiram D Moss; his daughters: Kiuana T. Triplett, Sydney M. Moss; his sister Crystal Slawinski, and his brother Craig Moss. His precious granddaughter Da’Niyla Watkins (pawpawbaby), eleven nieces and nephews, and many cousins will miss him dearly.
