Bernard Gearlds

Born into time: February 10, 1963  Entered into eternity: April 19, 

Bernard Gearlds was born February 10, 1963 to Cleonia and Effie Mae Geralds. He departed his life April 19, 2025.

Bernard received his education from Bontemps elementary and Dunbar high school .

At an early age Bernard confessed his faith in the Jehovah witness where he studied with his late mother.

Bernard found happiness in cooking where he became a chef.

The love he shared and the quiet influence he had on those around him, he leaves behind a community that admired him.

Bernard was proceeded in death by his parents Cleonia and Effie Mae Gearlds, two brothers, Jerome and Robert and his only son Jermaine Jones.

He is survived by three brothers Charlie, Darnell and Seoney, 2 sisters. Bernadine (Joseph) and Tina. A special friend Sharon
