Anthony Levail Cattage

Anthony Levail Cattage entered this world on August 14 ,1989. To the union of Patricia Ann Cattage and Anthony Turner. The lord called Anthony Levail Cattage home November 14, 2025 at 11:45 PM.

Proceeding him in death grandparents Rosevelt and Robert Cattage Sr. and Eloise Turner his aunt,  

Demetrica Cattage , and his uncle, Henry Dwayne Turner.

Levail grew up in Chicago Illinois where he attended Richard Career Academy and graduated from Kennedy King College with an associate degree.

He became more active with computers, that was his passion. Where he became an intense gamer.  And later created his YouTube channel called with his online persona being SlipShocktv. And after completing his course in IT.  Anthony spent the last 10 years as a IT technician for many hospitals over the Illinois area.  He spent more time on his gaming channel and Tiktok, where he loved making videos about subjects from Marvel to DC. In late July, we received some horrible news that would eventually change our lives forever.  Levail was diagnosed with stomach cancer. He fought this battle with courage, grace, determination, and always believed that he was going to beat this but it came to pass that it was not his battle. It was the Lord’s.

He worked in the computer field for over 10 years for Norvox and Go Health. 

He leaves to cherish his memory: devoted parents Patricia Cattage and Anthony Turner and one sister Marquita Aisha Cattage 

Bonus sister, Me’Arah True Marie Gresham and one brother, Maurice Gore.

He also leaves 5 loving aunts, Theresa McIntosh, Michelle Thomas(George ),

Barbara Turner(Greg), Sandra Mims (Joe), Demetra Turner.

3 loving uncle Robert Cattage Jr. Alonzo Brown(Maxine) Demond Turner.

A hosts of aunts ,uncles ,cousins and special friends.

Levail was a wonderful and loving person who cared about his family.

More than anything Levail was devoted to his family and friends. He cherished his relationships and was a source of strength,laughter,and unwavering support to those who needed him. His love for his sister Marquita and his little god daughter Me’Arah was so special, his love or his family will be truly missed.

This place is full of people who have come to say goodbye 

But no one wants to see you go and we’re all left asking why 

In our pain and tears we share a heartache that cannot heal

But in our minds we will keep memories no one can steal

We all can feel your hand in ours and see your loving face

You haven’t gone I feel you here a love I can’t replace 

You meant so much to each of us and in our hearts your always be
